12th March - Chief Scientific Officer's Awards 2026
As part of Healthcare Science Week celebrations, our Scottish Government, Healthcare Science team are delighted to invite you to attend the Chief Scientific Officer’s Awards 2026, which will be held virtually on Thursday 12 March, from 13:00 to 14:00.
This event is an excellent opportunity to come together to celebrate Scotland’s scientific workforce and to showcase the outstanding work taking place across our NHS. The awards highlight the impact that healthcare scientists, researchers, and innovators have on patient care, service improvement, and the future of healthcare in Scotland.

Chief Scientific Officer's Awards 2026 - Tickets
Friday 27th March - Celebrating Innovation in HCS with NHS Tayside
The day will consist of short presentations from various HCS disciplines with the aim of showcasing innovation and the impact of this within the patient journey. This will be an interactive and informative day for all HCS fellows in NHS Tayside and other associated medical professionals. Event registration available at the LINK.
